Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a self-motivated team player with 0-3 years of recent public accounting experience for audit and/or tax engagements. Duties include staff-level audit and tax work in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills are also essential to support multi-tasking and prioritizing internal and client needs.

Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Candidates must have a CPA license or be a CPA candidate and must work professionally within a team environment. Very minimal travel required. Overtime required during busy seasons.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform audit engagements in a variety of industries (manufacturing, non-profit, employee benefits, distribution, homeowners' associations, and other). Experience with CCH ProSystem Engagement is a plus
• Manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing internal and client needs
• Maintain excellent relationships with clients
• Supervise multiple audit teams simultaneously
• Provide training, mentoring, and staff development
• Perform technical accounting research on a variety of accounting topics
• Provide timely and high-quality services and deliverables that exceed client expectations
• Prepare clear, concise workpapers and other communications
